Jeffrey Kenneth McDonald

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenny and Marie and his sister Cathy.

He leaves behind his two children, Paula (Dane) McFarland and Jeffrey McDonald II. He also leaves behind his younger brother Jody (Janet) McDonald, and his niece Jamie (Jamie) Muensterman and his great niece whom he adored, Grace. He also leaves behind 3 grandchildren who were the light of his life. Xander, Kynadie and the youngest, Lilliana McFarland.

Jeffrey was a Navy veteran, serving in two tours including desert storm where he received medals for outstanding courage. After he was retired from the Navy, he worked several factory jobs and worked as a custodian for Danville Community Schools until he retired to help take care of his grandson, Xander.

He was a family man, spent much of his time with his kids and his grandkids. He enjoyed kicking back with a beer and enjoying his time with his family.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the Hopkins-Rector. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery, North Salem, IN.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Friday, August 20th at the funeral home.
