She was born March 15, 1957 in New Jersey, the daughter of Louie Miller and Marion (Casler) LeGrand. Julie graduated from high school and later had taken some classes at Ivy Tech.
She was an assembler at Heartland Automotive, where she has worked for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Larry E. Cox; daughter, Vicky (Tony) Dickerson; her mother, Marion LeGrand; brothers, Kenny Miller and Leonard Miller; sisters, Sara Waggoner, Mary Thrush, Christina LeGrand, and Rachel LeGrand; and her granddaughter, Kelsey Stanton.
She was preceded in death by her Father.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home.
