She was born on October 1, 1937 in Putnam County to William Culley Price and Doris Mae Oakley Price.
Mrs. Baldwin was a life time member of Somerset Christian Church, where she served as the song leader and a member of the Ladies Aide until 2000. The Baldwin’s then joined Hanna Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Marvin D. Baldwin; three daughters, Peggy Lee Buechler and husband David, Pamela Sue Boruff and husband David, and Vicki Lynn Noak and husband Jeff; two sisters, Carolyn S. Lawless and Evelyn F. Underwood; seven grandchildren, Bill Stevens, Chris Stevens, Lee Buechler, Shawn Boruff and wife Megan, Jason Boruff and wife Donna, Alyssa Dyan Noak and Gena Lynn Norton and husband Tyler; and six great-grandchildren, Cameron, Ryan, Brittany, Beckham, Jaylee and Carter.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 11:30 A.M. at Brick Chapel Cemetery, with Pastor Patrick Smith officiating.
