Allen Reid Bullis, 68, a resident of Greensboro passed away at his residence on Wednesday September 14, 2016. Allen was born in Wilkes County, the son of Ballard Malcolm and Pansy Minton Bullis. He was a truck driver by trade but enjoyed working on appliances and motors of any kind including his love of cars. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ballard Malcolm Bullis, Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle B. Smith (Scott Clark) of Jamestown; his son, Allen Jeffery Bullis (Beth Johnson) of Lexington; brother, Kenneth Bullis (Louise) of Moravian Falls; 7 grandchildren, Kaylan, Chris, Jeffery, Dylan, Jocey, Jordan and Jayla and his friend David.
A Celebration of Allen’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at his home, 4805 Hilltop Rd., Greensboro, NC 27
