Barbara "Bobbie" Adams Brandon

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 y ears, Harry L. Brandon. Bobbie is lovingly remembered by her children, Debra George, Eric Brandon, and Kerri Greeson, all of Greensboro; grandchildren, Erin (George) Broderick and husband Brian of Vero Beach, FL, Peter George of Greensboro; great grandchildren, Sophia Broderick and Brice Broderick; brother, David Thorpe of Brandon, FL; sister, Shirley Satterfield of Supply, NC;, as well as her many nieces and nephews and brothers/sisters-in-law.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Edna Adams and her brother, H.H. “Scobe” Adams.

Bobbie was a long time member of South Miami Church of Christ in Miami, FL and, until her death, a long time and active member of Friendly Avenue Church of Christ in Greensboro. She enjoyed teaching young children, crocheting for others, working puzzles, gardening, and bible study. She will be remembered for her endearing smile and laughter, great loyalty to and adoration of her family, as well as her love for all children and her Lord.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, February 15th from 6 to 8 P.M. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Graveside services will be on Thursday, February 16th, 2:00 pm at Guilford Memorial Park.
