

Bryan was born and raised in Greensboro, attending St. Pius Elementary, Kiser Middle School and graduating from Grimsley High School where he was inducted into the National Honor Society. As a youth, Bryan earned his Eagle Scout Award and was baptized and confirmed at Christ United Methodist Church. He represented Grimsley in the Youth Leadership Greensboro Program and was an active member in leadership roles in the Greensboro Youth Council.
Bryan graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a PharmD doctorate in Pharmacy. He served as Vice Regent in the Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. After college, he worked as a registered pharmacist in several NC districts for Walgreens and CVS.
Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Dr. James K. Williams. The loved ones he has left behind include his mother, Karen Williams, his sister Stephanie Beal, her husband Nate, two nieces and his beloved Westie, Maggie.
Bryan was a creative painter in decorative arts. He was an accomplished amateur chef who enjoyed hosting dinner parties for his friends. He loved giving his nieces an appreciation for video games. Bryan treasured family heirlooms and his friends joked if left in a room long enough he would rearrange the furniture. He had a kind soul and a strong sense of fairness.
His interment and memorial will occur at a private ceremony at the Christ United Methodist Church columbarium in the near future.
Memorials may be made in the name of Bryan L. Williams by check or online to Christ United Methodist Church at 410 N. Holden Road in Greensboro or to his beloved Fraternity online to the Kappa Psi Educational Enhancement and Renovation Endowment Fund.
