He is preceded in death by his father, Coy D. Booker, Sr., mother, Magaline Harris, and sister, Gloria Robinson.
Coy, who retired from Lorillard in 2001, was an avid photographer, loving father and grandfather and a dedicated friend.
He is survived by two sons, Richard Booker of Snow Camp and wife Jennifer, Mark Booker of Randleman and wife Denice, sister Kathy Umphreys, three granddaughters, Kaleigh, Regan, and Alexa, extended family Kristine Evans and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 6-8 p.m.
Memorial Service will be Monday, April 8th 2013 at 11 am at the Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel with Dr. Darryl Bodie officiating.
