A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel.
Guy was preceded in death by his wife Madie P. Kemp and all of his siblings.
He is survived by sons, Jerry W. Kemp and wife Grace of Rockingham, NC and Billy Ray Kemp and wife Gloria of Thomasville, NC; daughter, Ann Wyrick and husband Jerry of Greensboro; nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
