Hoyt Preston Hembree

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407. Hoyt will be laid to rest on his family estate on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 2:00 pm, 2525 Alamance Church Road, Greensboro, NC 27406.

Hoyt was born in Guilford County on May 4, 1969 to the late Jerry and Hanner Hembree and was of the Christian faith. He was owner/operator of Hembree Auto Sales since 2010 and had a passion for cars, street racing and his beloved 1966 Chevelle. Hoyt enjoyed country living and the simple things in life. He was a loving and devoted husband and father who adored his family. Hoyt was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory include this loving wife, C. LeeAnn Hembree; his daughter, the light of his life, Haven Hembree; his late father’s fiancée, Joyce Baird; two sisters; his extended family in Georgia; and other extended family and friends.
