Jack Milton Saunders

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407.

Jack was born in Greensboro on June 25, 1947, to the late Jack Gentry Saunders and Mary Mae Ridge Saunders. He was a Tool and Dye Maker. Jack started his career with Gilbarco and retired from his last employer, PGT Industries. He enjoyed going to auctions, going camping, coaching baseball, watching old westerns (especially Gunsmoke reruns), and was a diehard Carolina fan. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jack Gentry Saunders, II (Tahneah) and Tracy Lynn Saunders Black; brother, David Saunders; sister, Pat Davenport; grandchildren, Brandon Saunders, Brittney Saunders, Kody Black, Chase Black, Cheyenne Black, Katie Black, and Cierra Black; great-grandchildren, Heartly, Lovely, and Everleigh; nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
