Jim is survived by Joan Kimel, loving companion; his sister, Nancy Ratcliffe; nephews, Steve, Richard, Kenneth and David Ratcliffe. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Lucille H. McDowell.
Per Jim’s written request: “No services shall be held and my friends should 'Laugh often and Live each day to the fullest’.”
