Jason was a member of the Ragsdale High School graduating Class of 1994.
He is survived by his parents, Donald and Karen Smith of Berlin, MD; two sisters, Carrie Smith Hunt and husband Bradley of Wallburg, Amanda Smith Arnold and husband Jason of Browns Summit and nephews, Cooper Hunt, Sutton Hunt and Braden Arnold.
Family and friends will be received at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
