He was born on June 1, 1950 in Greensboro, NC. Jerry was cared for by the staff of RHA Health Services in Greensboro. Jerry was always glad to see his family come to visit and enjoyed playing a game with him. It made him smile and laugh. He lived a long, happy, and active life surrounded by caregivers, friends and family.
Jerry is survived by his sister, Carolyn (John, Sr.) Mays along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and family members.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Westminster Gardens Cemetery.
