Kenneth was born in Smithfield, NC. He served his country in the US Army and US Air Force. Following his service, he worked with Western Electric and retired after 30 years of service. He was a member of Lindley Park Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He loved to hike and travel. He always enjoyed time he could spend with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed

Kenneth was preceded in death by his loving wife, Helen. He is survived by his sons; Kenneth Ray Rose Jr of Greensboro, NC and Carson Rose and wife Phuong Anh of Birmingham, AL; grandson, Jeramy Clint Rose of Greensboro, NC; brother, Levi Carson and wife Marlene of Raleigh, NC and sister, Ophelia Holt of Smithfield, NC and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, 2:00 p.m. at Lindley Park Baptist Church with burial to follow at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
