Lorraine Lorrie P. Jones

died May 15, 2019, surrounded by loving family at

Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North

Carolina. She was born on August 15, 1950 in Albany,

New York to George and Georgette Pleat.

She is survived by her children and step children, Thomas James

Rydzewski Jr. and his wife, Julie, Jessica Ann Eberle and

her husband, Tod, and Bryan Christopher Rydzewski,

Kaitlyn and Micajah Jones. She is loved by her siblings,

Chrysan Dosh, George, Geoff, David and Andy Pleat

and by her many nieces and nephews. She will be

forever remembered by her five grandchildren, Amber,

Cole, Samantha, Mason, and Joshlyn, whom she so

adoringly loved being with and thinking of.

Lorrie will always be remembered for her affection for

baking, gardening and canning. Most of all, she will be

memorialized for her tender love and devotion to

everyone in her family. They were the most important

entity of her life.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on

Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services,

1900 Vanstory Street, Greensboro, NC 27403.

The family will greet friends and family at 1:00 pm and

the service will begin at 2:00pm.

May Lorrie find eternal rest and comfort and look over

us all as our guardian angel. Rest in Peace, Lorrie, Mom,

Grandma. You are very much loved by all.
