Margie I. Ingram Page

Margie I. Page, 95, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Clare Bridge of High Point Place. Graveside services will be held on Monday, 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greensboro with Rev. Chris Thore officiating.

Margie was born in Iredell County, the daughter of Rockwell and Lillie Jane Lee Ingram. She worked in sales with Grants Department Store, Paul Rose Department Store, and retired from Singer Sewing Machine Company. She was a member of Jamestown United Methodist Church.

Margie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She loved her family and will be deeply missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Gary Page and wife Sharon of Jamestown, NC, Jerry Page and wife Cheryl of Broken Arrow, OK and Jolene Ward and husband Carl of Sneeds Ferry, NC; sisters, Polly Dalton of Greensboro, NC, Mary Cates and husband David of Raleigh, NC and Laura Lewis of Severna Park, MD; brother, Al Ingram and wife Carolyn of Tallahassee, FL; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Clare Bridge of High Point Place for the kindness and concern given their mother during her stay. We would also like to thank Hospice of the Piedmont for their compassion and service during this period.

The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
