Mel Lee Crowe

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 17, 2012, at 2:00 pm at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church with Rev. Virginia Herring officiating.

Mel Lee was born October 1, 1917 to the late Abram Cline and Lula Humbert Flora. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and the TWIGS.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Attis Crowe and brother, A. C. Flora, Jr. Mel Lee is survived by her children, Skip Crowe, Jr. and wife Denny, “Dee” Stevens and husband Chris of Fredericksburg, VA; five grandchildren, Wesley Stanley (Lamar), Emily Pack (Bryan), Jennifer Ardila (Edgar), Stephanie Fisher (Brian) and Jan Reyes; and eleven great grandchildren.

Friends will be received following the service in the Haywood Duke room at the church.
