Norma had various jobs while living in multiple states. She was proud to have FBI clearance while working for FHA in Greensboro. She was proud that she was able to save and build a home for her family while her husband was serving in the Navy.
One of her heartfelt accomplishments was being a devoted pastor’s wife. Jay and Norma served the Lord at three full-time churches and many interim churches. Norma was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the family would like to thank the church for their support over the years.

They would also like to thank Alyne Merchant, who has been a faithful friend and caregiver to the family for 30 years, for her loving support and dedication to the Bolejack family. Norma’s daughter, Rhonda was faithful to her mom and other family members with her dedicated caregiving and loving support for many years.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Hospice of the Piedmont for their compassionate care and support during Norma’s last year.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont in Norma’s name.
Most importantly Norma wanted to be an example of Christ in her life and witness to everyone she met or spoke to and lead them to Christ.
