Norma was born on May 6th, 1939, the daughter of Lacy Boyd and Effie Lee Holland Coble. Norma worked at Western Electric. Norma was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Norma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wyatt Mooney in 2011. Surviving are her daughters; Teresa Arthur and husband Tommy of Jamestown, NC, Shei la Warren and husband Tony of N. Myrtle Beach, S.C. Alisa Griffin and husband Tony of Brown Summit, NC; sisters, Mary Brown and Pat Tilley of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren; Keri Arthur, Starr Atkinson and husband Mitchell, Brittany Warren; great grandchildren; Alyssa Dale, Peyton Warren, and Hunter Atkinson and a very special “four legged friend”, Tinkerbell.
Services to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, 2:00 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel with burial to follow at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
Memorials in Norma’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
