Roger H. White, 78, passed away on Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 at Randolph Memorial Hospital in Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will be held on Monday, 11:00 a.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Burial will follow at Burnett’s Chapel Church Cemetery.
Roger was born in Guilford County, the son of Mannie H. and Vera Causey White. He worked with the Steele Heddle Company.
Roger was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. Those surviving are his son, Kenneth D. White and wife Darlos of Walnut Cove, NC; sisters, Barbara Cross of Greensboro, NC, Linda Lou Haynes of Archdale, NC and brother, Houston White and wife Maxine of Randolph County, NC. Two grandchildren and one great grandson also survive.
The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5 to 7 pm at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel
