

Tootsie went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Hospice Beacon Place in Greensboro, NC.
Fannie Sue Lee Foust was born in Danville, VA on February 16, 1924 to George Daniel Wright Foust and Suenette Mahan Foust. She graduated from Climax High School in Chatham, VA. Tootsie worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for 50 years at Pomona Drug, Merritt Drive Drug and Foster Drug. She was a member of Clifton Road Baptist Church for 63 years where she served in many capacities.
Tootsie was preceded in death by both of her parents; her beloved husband of 40 years, James H. “Mull” Mullinax; brother, Edward Daniel Foust; sister, Jewel Alice Sally Foust Henry; brother, Herman Odell “Bill” Foust and her roommate at Carolina Commons for three years, Elsie Adams. She is survived by her sister, Viola Marie Hayden of Portsmouth, VA; her brother, Barron Morand “Moe” Foust of Eden, her Goddaughter, Lisa Messel of Gibsonville; many nieces and nephews and many, many friends
Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Guilford Baptist Church, 5904 West Market St., Greensboro where Dr. Adrian Harris and Reverend Bill Young, Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Mullinax will remain at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 High Point Road, Greensboro, NC 27407 where the family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and other times at the home of a niece, Mary Sue Coen, 2400 Pleasant Ridge Road, Greensboro, NC .
Any memorials are requested to be directed the Hospice organization of the donor’s choice.
