He was born on December 31, 1956 to the late James Edgar Permar, Jr. and Mary Belle Morgan Permar. Victor was a resident of Greensboro, North Carolina and graduated from Northeast Guilford Senior High School. He worked many years for Asplundh Tree Service as a crew foreman. He was married to Katherine Ann Fentress Permar who passed away in October 2024.
Victor is survived by his brothers, Jeff Permar and wife Susan of Reidsville, Greg Permar and wife Kathy of McLeansville, James Permar III and wife Tammy of Randleman; sister, Teresa Bennett and husband Bobby of Greensboro; sister-in-law, Julia Davidson and husband Leonard.
There will be a Celebration Of Life Service for Victor on Tuesday December 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service, 1900 Vanstory St., Greensboro, NC.
