Vinh Ngoc Nguyen

Vinh Ngoc Nguyen, a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on November 13, 1942, in Vietnam, Vinh was a man of resilience, love, and devotion.Vinh was the cherished son of Vu Van Cac and Tinh Thi Nguyen. He grew up in Vietnam, where he developed a strong sense of duty and commitment, which later led him to serve as a proud veteran in the Vietnam Military. His experiences shaped him into the compassionate and hardworking individual that friends and family would come to know and love.

Throughout his life, Vinh was a devoted family man. He is survived by his wife Nguyen Thi Nguyen, six wonderful children: AJ Nguyen-Robbins ( Nang Nguyen), Minh Nguyen, Hung Nguyen, Dung Nguyen, Chinn Nguyen, and Thoai Nguyen. His legacy continues through his ten beloved grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who brought him boundless joy and laughter.

Vinh enjoyed working in his garden, spending time with his family and was a proud Veteran of the Vietnam Military.Time spent with family was filled with laughter, warmth, and love, creating lasting memories that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 8, 2025 from 4:00-8:00pm at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Giáo Họ Thánh Gia - Vietnamese Catholic Church, 4112 Romaine St, Greensboro, NC 27407.
