In the lineup of cousins Billy was after me by almost a year.  So we were close in age.   As a kid I spent a lot time with Steven, David and Billy.  These guys were the closest things to me having a brother.  I have so many great memories being with them.  Once I had my drivers license Billy always, and I mean always, wanted to go look at cars.  As a teenager it was nice to dream and this was something we had in common and loved to do.  Billy was one of the sweetest people and could be so gentle and caring.  What about stubborn?  Oh, yes!  Aren't most of us of course?! Sometimes I think he wanted to be the big brother so he'd be in charge!

 I remember how much he loved video games, always wanting you to play with him.  Sometimes for hours!  

I regret I haven't seen him in a long time, but we live a great distance apart.  

Rest in peace my cousin.

Steve I am so sorry. Billy had many struggles here on earth, and he has now conquered them all. To know Billy was to love him. He was sweet, kind, loving and funny. Even when he wasn't intending to be. He was also quick tempered and stubborn. He would make sure I was  up to date on all neighborhood gossip, who was sick, who broke their leg, and what the dog was up too. He was a special person, and could touch anyone who had a heart. The world will be different without Billy. But I know that he loved you and knew he could depend on you for anything, even when he was mad at you. I will have you in my prayers, and ask God to cover you with His Grace and Mercy!

To all of the family, our hearts and prayers are with you during the loss of your brother and uncle. We love you Big Dave.

loosing you is hard ,we had our disagreements but we always worked them out i love you billy and always will ,i will miss our fishing trips and laughing and cutting up tell mom and the family that we will join you guys one day ,i love you and miss you already ,I LOVE YOU,YOUR BROTHER BIG DAVE AKA MOOSE
