A Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Street Chapel.
Born in Opelika, Alabama, Billy attended the North East Middle School, North East Senior High School and was a UNC Chapel Hill graduate. He was a Department Manager with Lowe’s Home Improvement and an avid Jazz guitarist.
Preceded in death by his father David Libby, he survived by his son Nate Libby, his mother Gail Libby, Uncle John and Aunt Ruth Patterson, Uncle David and Aunt JoAnn Patterson and several cousins.
The family will receive friends following the service.
