Willis never met a stranger. He had a wonderful heart, loved his friends and family, his Jeep, his dogs and his C&S and BP families. He could not wait to go see his Brandy. He also enjoyed hanging out at Uwharrie National Forest and helping everyone he could.
Willis is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Bean. He is survived by his wife Teresa Cagle; sons David Cagle and Matthew Cagle; father Roy Cagle; sisters Terry Cagle, Iris Swaney and Catherine Cagle; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A Celebration of Life will be from 1:00 to 4:00 on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Little River Community Building, 2481 Okeewemee Rd, Star, NC 27356. Covered dishes are welcomed.
