

Corinne Marie Koontz-Moulton, 99, of Greensburg, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015, at the Arbor Grove Village. She was born on December 9, 1915 in Shelby County to German parents, Thurman and Rosa Koontz. Corinne married Maurice Manuel “Manny” Moulton on November 25, 1933, in Greensburg.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, Greensburg Country Club, Greensburg Senior Citizens, Pythian Sisters, Bridge Club, and a longtime member of the Alpha Eta Chapter of the Alpha Omicron Alpha Sorority.
Corinne is survived by her daughter Marilyn Brown of Greensburg; her daughter in law Eileen Moulton-Eubanks of Indianapolis; Sisters-in-law Betsy Moulton, Sally Moulton and Charlotte Rowe; Grandchildren – Ronnie Beagle, Kenneth Beagle, Maura (Bill) Miller, Lisa (Bruce) Greig, Mike (Carla) Moulton, Jennifer Mulligan and Kathy (Tim) Hinote; Great Grand Children – Jacob and Evan Moulton, Devon Greig, Adrian (Mitchell) Stephens, Haley and Kelsey Mesalam, Nichole Bracken and Leah Corinne Mulligan. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband “Manny,” her son Stanley A. Moulton, brothers Robert and Thurman Koontz and sisters Rosa Wilson and Virginia Martin.
As Corinne wished, she will be cremated with burial to follow at the South Park Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions in Corinne’s memory may be made to Hospice.
