Powers Sr. preceded her in death and her siblings, Marjorie (Tip) Steele and Maurice Long. Her children are Lois Thomas, Joyce Whiteman, Phyllis Baughman, Carol Geis, Richard L. Powers Jr. and William (Bill) Powers. Grandchildren are Jerome Thomas, Julie Thomas, Natalie Stephen, Adam Whiteman, Ashley Baughman, Aaron Baughman, Jesse Baughman, Skylar Powers, Mason Powers and nine great grandchildren.
