Jeffrey John Noah

Jeffrey John Noah, 50, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on October 20, 2025. Born on December 11, 1974, in Batesville, Indiana, he was the beloved son of John and Joan (Loesch) Noah and the youngest of five children. He adored his family and was a cherished brother, nephew and uncle whose presence brought laughter, calm, and strength to those around him.

A proud Navy veteran, Jeff served his country with dedication before turning his love of the ocean into a profession as a charter fisherman in Fort Myers. Later, he took to the open road as a long-haul truck driver, embracing the solitude and adventure of cross-country travel. No matter where life took him, Jeff was always most at peace in the great outdoors — whether fishing, hunting, or camping under the stars.

Jeff had a calm, laid-back spirit and a quiet wisdom that he shared freely with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, who he loved dearly. His stories, advice, and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

More than anything, Jeff was a man who treasured family. His pride in his roots and the time spent with loved ones were at the heart of who he was.

He will be remembered for his gentle nature, his strength, and the peaceful way he moved through the world.

Today his family includes his sisters: Jacqueline Coronado, Jill Noah, Jodi Noah and Julie (Matt) Sprung; nephews and nieces, Hoss (Sheila) Thackery, Natalie (Dylan Legere) Schroeder, Nick (Leslie) Thackery, Jamie Noah and Erik (Alyssa) Siefert; great nieces and nephews; Jimmie Lynn Dommer, Michaela Schroeder, Austin (Sydney) Thackery, Emaly Thackery, Alyson (Colby) Bush, Cohen Thackery, Carmen Thackery and Corbin Thackery, Sage Noah, Emma Siefert and Graham Siefert; great nieces and nephew, Harper Ruggles, Hoyt Ruggles, and Wynonna Bush; uncle, Donald (Sharon) Noah and aunts, Julia Kays and Faye (Bill) Green.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Sunday, December 7th at 2:00 pm. at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, 110 E. North Street, Greensburg, Indiana 47240. Memorial contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
