Nikkie Lynn Maxwell Knecht

Nikkie Lynn Knecht 39 of Greensburg, IN. passed away Sunday August 28, 2011 at her home. She was born March 25, 1972 in Greensburg, IN. the daughter of Richard T. and Rebecca (Coomer) Maxwell. She graduated from Greensburg High School in 1990 and then received her Business Degree from IUPUI. She worked was the Office Manager and Accountant for Next Generation. She enjoyed playing volleyball, Gardening, her Flowers and Animals. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Nikkie is survived by her Father Richard T. Maxwell; Mother and Step Father Rebecca and Ray Plowman all of Greensburg; One Son: Lleyton Robert Knecht of Greensburg; One brother: Peter (Kimberly) Maxwell, One Niece: Gracie Maxwell and One Nephew: Grainger Maxwell all of Greensburg; Grandmother: Margaret Maxwell and numerous Aunts and Uncles also survive.

Friends may call at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Thursday September 1, 2011 from 2:00 until 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held Friday September 2, 2011 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date in the South park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or to the St. Mary’s School Building Fund.
