Peter Clement Zillick

Peter Clement Zillick, 70, of Greensburg, IN. formerly of Cincinnati, OH., passed away Friday November 9, 2012 at his home. He was born March 2, 1942 in Tucson, AZ., the son of Peter Paul and Lois Jean (Beihl) Zillick. He had received his Master’s Degree from Xavier University in Business Management/Marketing. He was a Sales Manager for Sun Chemical Corporation until he retired in 2004. He was a member of the Reading-Lockland Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, as well as a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Greensburg. He was also a member of the Lafayette Masonic Lodge in Cincinnati. He served as President of the Arts and Cultural Council of Decatur County, and served on the Decatur County Memorial Hospital Gala Steering Committee, and served on the Lake Santee Water Board. He married Betty (Herzig) Zillick on June 19, 1965 in Cincinnati, OH., and she survives at the home.

Peter is also survived by one daughter: Susan Lynne Zillick of Cincinnati, OH.; one Son: P. Scott (Sandy) Zillick of Guildford, IN.; one Sister: Judith (Ronald) Doepker of Fairfield, OH. two Grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Nathaniel Zillick also survive. He is also survived by one Niece and one Nephew and seven Great Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Wednesday November 14, 2012 from 10:00am until the time of service 12:00pm, with reverend Bob McAulay officiating. Burial will be in the Oakhill Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that memorial contributions be made to the Art’s Council of Decatur County, First Presbyterian Church, or Decatur County Memorial Hospital.
