Wayne “Snoopy” Thomas Carder, 66, of Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at his residence. Wayne was born on October 14, 1949, in Marion County and was adopted by his grandparents William Donald and Sudie Carder.
Wayne joined the Marines in 1969, fighting in Vietnam. While in the military he also obtained his GED. He worked for 28 years as a truck driver and attended the First Church of God.
Wayne is survived by several close friends especially Robert Darby and Robin Jones of Greensburg, Angela Carder of Centerville and his biological mother Patricia Jackson of Laurel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016, from 2PM until the time of the funeral service at 3PM at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home.
