

Betty Trump, age 96, was born October 28, 1927, to Manuel and Clara Baker Wogomon, one of ten children near Arcanum, Ohio. She married John Trump July 26, 1947. She was a homemaker. During her early years of raising her family, she would baby sit and do sewing and mending, making clothes for others to help pay the bills.
She was very active in her children’s lives, being involved with Cindy in the musical group Sing Out Darke County, and helping Roger pursue his dreams in building two experimental home built airplanes. She served as a 4-H advisor for fifteen years. She also worked and assisted her son, Roger in the management of residential rentals they owned. She enjoyed gardening. She was faithful in attending her grandson, Jason’s soccer and basketball games. She loved flying with son, Roger, every time she had the chance. There were also the Sunday afternoon card games, which she frequently won. She faithfully attended EUM Church and was part of one of the care groups.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Robert Wogomon, Raymond Wogomon, Ralph Wogomon, Russell Wogomon and Marion Wogomon; and sisters, Ruby Wogomon, Dorothy Seman, Marlene Booher and Maxine Kochersperger. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John and grandson, Jason Keiser.
Survivors include her daughter, Cindy (Steve) Hale and son, Roger (Debbie Oliver) Trump.
