Charlotte Ann Flora

Charlotte Ann Flora, 89 of Goshen, Indiana and formerly of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday December 14, 2025, at 11:54 AM at her daughter’s residence. Charlotte was born September 25, 1936, in Delphi, Indiana, the daughter of the late George and Edna (Blocher) Dutter.

Charlotte was a wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker; she was a believer in Jesus and a member with Old German Baptist New Conference.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents; her infant daughter Ruth Edna; 3 brothers; 1 sister; 1 granddaughter; great grandson; and her parents-in-law, CJ and Pauline Flora.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Hollis Edward Flora; her sons; Edward (Karen) Flora, Timothy (Krista) Flora, Aaron (Jennifer) Flora; her daughters; Faythe (Ron) Cable, Rose (Paul) Royer, Beth (Lloyd) Wagner, Jill (Chris) Crawmer, and Lois (Sam) Cover; 34 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren; her brother, Marshall Dutter; her sisters, Doris Oyler, Martha Meador.

Services will be held on Saturday December 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Shiloh Old German Baptist New Conference Meeting House, 8340 Delisle Fourman Road, Arcanum, Ohio with the Old German Baptist New Conference officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Bradford, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday December 19, 2025, at the Shiloh Old German Baptist New Conference Meeting House. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
