Eric Allen Brenner

Eric was born December 27, 1976, in Greenville to Lanny & Martha (Kuether) Brenner.

In addition to his parents, Eric is survived by his wife, Emily (Price) Brenner whom he married August 6, 2016; children, Eric Brenner Jr., Lucas Brenner, Keihl Johnson, Owen Johnson, and Aleah Hunt; siblings, Lisa & Cory Mueller, and Jeremy & Lydia Brenner; nieces and nephews, Lacie & Trevor Steinbrunner, Zachary Mueller, Claira Mueller, Landon Brenner, and Lena Brenner; great-niece, Hunter Steinbrunner; mother-in-law & father-in-law, Karen Price and the late Greg Price; brothers-in-law, Eric Hartzell and Errin Price & Annette Bradburn; many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Eric worked as a butcher, most recently at The Butcher Block & Smokehouse. Eric enjoyed hunting, camping, farming, making chili over a fire, but most importantly watching his boys play basketball.

A celebration of Eric’s life will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Jon Keller officiating. Burial will follow in Stelvideo Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the funeral home.
