Gary was truly one of my very favorite people. I grew up with him as my down-the-street neighbor, and five years ago we had the opportunity to become friends. We chatted about houses, golf, horses, kids, grandchildren, work, and just life in general. Each time I saw him, he always, always, always, had a smile on his face, and I will never forget how kind a person he was to me. To Gary's family, I offer my deepest and most sincere condolences.
