Harvey George Lapan, Sr. age 64 of West Haven, Connecticut passed away at 7:15 AM on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Greenville Health and Rehab. Born in New Haven, Connecticut on May 17, 1956 he was a son to the late Richard Lapan, Sr. & Hazel (Scranton) Lapan. Harvey was a proud United States Navy veteran. His favorite thing to do was go fishing; and he enjoyed woodworking, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be truly missed. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Richard Lapan, Jr. and sister Kathleen Kruger.
Survived by his children Michelle & David St. Pierre; Harvey Lapan, Jr.: grandchildren Lilith, Dagon, Brian: sister Lisa Alcobia: brother Chuck Cadwell: foster- sister Cheryl Diamond: and best friend Cedric.
