Robyn Elaine Baker

Robyn Elaine (Via) Baker, 64 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on August 11, 2025, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Robyn was born April 4, 1961, in Dayton, Ohio, to Ruth (Fitzgerald) Silverthorne and the late Samuel Via. In addition to her father, Robyn is preceded in death by her stepfather Ernie Silverthorne, sister Rebecca Tomita, and grandson Gary McVey Jr.

Robyn is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Russell Baker, children Russell (Billie) Baker Jr., Karly (Gary) McVey, Crystal Baker, mother Ruth Silverthorne, brother Sam (Sherry) Via, sister Kelly (David) Smith, grandchildren Haley (Cory) Penkal, Alex Baker, Logan (Brianna) Baker, Casey (Kameron) West, Elijah Baker, Faith Baker, Payton McVey, Wynter McVey, Jamie McVey, her great grandsons, Sammuel and Ryder Baker, her dog Dixie, cat Sophie, and several nieces and nephews.

Robyn was a stay-at-home mom and nana and loved spending time with her family and pets. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, sewing, and shopping. She also enjoyed a good romance novel and spending time in her flowerbeds.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio
