Virginia Ruth Hayes

Virginia R. Hayes, age 90 of Greenville, Ohio passed away early Wednesday morning, August 1, 2018 at the Village Green Health Center, Greenville. Born March 5, 1928 in Middletown, Ohio, she was the only daughter to the late William & Carrie (Wotring) Miller. Virginia was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Middletown, Ohio; the Moose Lodge in Greenville, Ohio; as well as a member of the Ansonia Methodist Church. She loved sports and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan, enjoyed playing card games, and bowling. Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to her. She will truly be missed. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Hayes.

Survived by sons Thomas & Jodell Hayes of Dublin, Ohio; Daniel & Colleen Hayes of Greenville, Ohio; Michael & Vicki Hayes of Ft. Myers, Florida: grandchildren Kevin Hayes; Allison Hayes; Colin Hayes; Matthew & Chantal Hayes; Carrie & Matthew Wendel; Cassie & Daniel Helman; Samuel & Erynn Hayes; Christopher, Kyle, Jacob and Hunter Hayes: 9 great-grandchildren: as well as many more extended family members and friends.
