Infant Ava Marie Mann, precious daughter of Heidi and Willie Mann passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Greenville Memorial Hospial after her courageous battle.
Ava Marie was born nine weeks early on September 18, 2019. In the five short weeks that she was here with us, she touched so many hearts, near and far. She showed incredible strength and bravery during her brief life.
In addition to her parents, Ava Marie is survived by her brother, Walker Mann; paternal grandparents, David and Carol Mann: maternal grandparents, Daryl Huskey, and Jennifer Huskey; maternal great-grandparents, Bill and Thelma Huskey; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Century Drive, 311 Century Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.
A private family burial will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the Down Syndrome Association of the Upstate in memory of Ava in addition to receiving flowers at Mackey Funerals and Cremations.
