Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late James Milton and Marianne Beasley Thomas. Barry was retired from Mail Solutions, LLC and was his mother’s caretaker for over 15 years. He was a huge Clemson fan and was of the Baptist faith. He was a kind and generous man.
Barry is survived by a sister, Kim Thomas Henderson; a brother, Jim R. Thomas and wife Lizanne; two nieces, Megan Thomas and Erin Thomas; a nephew, Ryan Thomas; a friend, Jeremiah Snyder and wife Bredai “Dai” R. Snyder, daughter Gracie, and nephew Austin.
A time of remembrance will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM in the Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 10:30 AM on Saturday in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
