Formally of Greenville, SC, Bobbie was a graduate of Parker High School and attended Draughns Business College.
Bobbie was a member of Reed Creek Baptist Church and also attended Shanon Presbyterian
Church.
Surviving are son, Retired Lt. Col. Gary L. Nelson, daughter-in-law Katrina Blair Nelson, granddaughter, Blair Elizabeth Ebbs, grandson-in-Iaw, Charles Richard Ebbs, great granddaughters Molly Elizabeth Ebbs and Mackenzie Blair Ebbs, and brother, James W Bond.
Bobbie was the widow of Roy Leon Nelson and the daughter of the late Henry Lee and Rosanna
Seabolt Bond. She was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Hayward Bond, and six sisters,
Bertie Bond Ragsdale, Sarah Bond Sides, Kathleen Bond Friar, Lois Bond Poole, Cecil Bond
Smith, and Elizabeth Bond Owen.
A Graveside Service for Bobbie will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1901 Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville, SC Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2;00PM.

Bobbie will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Today she resides in God's
Kingdom with her Lord and Savior.
