Bobby worked for John D. Hollingsworth on Wheels for over 40 years, during which time he traveled all over the world. He was an avid and respected collector of antiques and oddities who also loved hunting and fishing. As a lifelong member of the South Carolina Arms Collectors Association for over 50 years, he served as a show director, secretary, and treasurer.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Virginia O’Shields; three stepchildren, Bobbie Jean Cummins Barnett (Steve), Robert Wayne Cummins, Jr. (Claire), and Melissa Cummins Seiler (Scott); four grandchildren, Robert Steven Barnett, Mary Jo Cummins Shotwell (Michael), Andrew Scott Cummins (Courtney), and Anna Virginia Seiler; and two great grandchildren, Sara Shotwell and Isabelle Shotwell.
He was predeceased by his step-daughter, Debi Cummins Campana.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
