

She attended Greenville High School and later lived in Ft. Myers, Florida, with her husband William before returning to Greenville in 1969.
Carolyn had a deep love for cooking and was known as an exceptional cook. She found great joy in preparing meals for her family and entertaining friends. She worked as a bookkeeper at Greenville Country Club, where she was a valued member of the community.
In her retirement years, she and George Boltz shared a love of travel. She was also an active member of a bridge club and a dance club, where she formed many lasting friendships.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Hollis Lee and Mary Smith Lee; her son, William Chandler Beacham III; her sister, Charlotte Lee Ramsey; and her husbands, George Bagwell and George Boltz.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, Hollis Lee Beacham (Janice) of Pickens and James Scott Beacham of Hawaii; her daughter-in-law, Becky Beacham (Chandler); her grandchildren, Clay Beacham (Cassey) of Greenville, Hollis Beacham (Rachel) of Summerville, and Betty Anne Pacheco (Joe) of Greenville; and nine great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Interim Hospice, as well as the caregivers at Loving and Gentle Care. Their compassion and friendship meant so much—what began as caregiving became a bond of genuine love and connection.
Carolyn will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
