Deborah "Debbie" Bussey

Born in Greenville, Debbie was the daughter of the late Norman Bussey and Nellie “Nell” Bussey. She is survived by her sister, Terri McMakin; her nephew, Trey McMakin, and his wife, Susan; her great-niece, Eleanor McMakin; her great-nephew Tyler McMakin; and many beloved cousins.

Debbie was a blessing and an inspiration to all who knew her — a gift from God. Her enduring legacy is the joy of life which she radiated, transcending the physical limitations and extraordinary challenges she lived with. Though her passing is a great loss, hers was truly a life well lived.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Debbie’s honor to a charity of your choice.
