Eddie Coleman

He was born on November 20, 1959, to Bud and Louise Coleman. After the death of his father his mother later remarried to Jack Hollifield. Eddie is survived by his stepfather, Jack Hollifield. He is pre-deceased by his parents Bud and Louise Coleman Hollifield.

Eddie was retired from C&S Wholesale in Mauldin, SC after 45 years of service. Eddie was an avid sports fan, and he was a devoted supporter of the South Carolina Gamecocks and Atlanta Braves. Eddie especially enjoyed playing golf with his son, Chad and spending time with his daughter, Cameron, and her family. Eddie will be remembered for his hard work ethic, his sports enthusiasm, and the love he had for his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Chad Coleman and Cameron Kirksey (Tylandis); his grandchildren, Brynleigh and Kaila; and his step-grandson, Javon.

Services to celebrate and remember Eddie’s life will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Dr. Greenville, SC 29609. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The service will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Tommy Huddleston. The family requests in honor of Eddie those who are Gamecocks dress in garnet and black.
