Many people knew Mike through youth soccer. He had been an active coach. He loved following his girls to and from soccer tournaments around the Southeast.
Mike was a unique man who had a special way of caring for people. He walked a love walk, and had a great sense of humor. Many people will know him from things he did to touch their lives. He was very dependable and you could always count on Mike.
Mike is survived by wife: Keren McIntyre; daughters: Jennifer Canfield and husband Jerad, Morgan McIntyre; sister: Dani Hale; brother: Spencer McIntyre and wife Sarah; grandchildren: Trenton, Alexis and Payton.
He was predeceased by his sister: Ginger Ashmore.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 1, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home
Visitation will be prior to the service from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the funeral home.
