Frank was a free spirit and a wanderer, and he went wherever life took him. He loved the outdoors, observing life as it unfolds from his unique vantage point. He was a simple man who loved playing his guitar and loved life.
Frank is survived by his children, Lori Cooke (Bill) and Billy Tallon; his sisters, Genie Stone (Eddie) and Ann Galloway; his brother, Fred Tallon (Esther); his grandchildren, Chance Tollison, Cory Tollison, Emily Cooke, Gracie Cooke, Levi Tallon, and Carson Tallon; and his special friend and niece, Amanda Garrett.
Frank is predeceased by his parents, Frank Tallon, Sr. and Dorothy Hegmann Tallon.
A funeral service will be held at the Chapel at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Thursday, February 16th at 2:00pm. A visitation will be held one hour prior from 1:00-1:45pm, and a burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
