Georgia was the widow of William Arthur Vaughn, Jr., the beloved mother of Carolyn Vaughn Turner, and the loving mother-in-law of Roy Turner. She was a member of Earle Street Baptist Church.
A special thank you is extended to all the wonderful and compassionate staff at McCall Hospice House who helped Georgia during her last days. To all of Georgia’s friends and family who added joy to her life, thank you.
Funeral services will be held at the Remembrance Chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 2:30pm with visitation 30 minutes prior to the service.
The service will be conducted by Dr. Stephen Clyborne.
Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
