James L. Moseley

He was a believer in Jesus Christ our Lord and entered heaven to be with God, his Father and maker. Mr. Moseley was born on October 10, 1957 in Fort Myers, Florida, but spent most of his life in South Carolina.

Jim attended Greenville Senior High School and served three years in the U.S Army from 1975-1978. Most of his military time was in Germany and then he received an honorable discharge. Mr. Moseley attended Anderson College. His major was Business Administration. One of his strengths was that Jim was enthusiastic and positive and he had the ability to motivate, direct, and influence others. Mr. Moseley was a top salesman for years with Rainbow Systems. Jim was a Marketing Director, Sales Trainer, and Recruiter.

Mr. Moseley married Evonnede Braswell in Columbia, South Carolina and they had two children, Ashley Moseley Callon, born 06-16-1981 and Matthew Tyler Moseley, born 10-24-1984. Both of them currently live in Greenville County. Jim has a brother named Rev. Lee Moseley, a sister, Laurie “Sterling” Moseley O’Neil, and a late sister, Ellen Farr Moseley Lavoie. His parents are the late Lehman Adwell Moseley of Greenville, SC and the late Laurie Farr Moseley of Columbia, SC. He currently has 4 grandchildren, Sage Ferguson Moseley, Ian Braswell Callon, Jayce Samuel Batson, and Evie Grace Callon all who reside in Greenville County.

A visitation for James will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
